                      New Administrative Policies

  1. It must be empasized that the premises of La Loma CAtholic Cemetery shall be exclusively used for burial only.Authorizing or allowing the use of the cemetery lots as residence is strictly prohibited and is a ground for termination of lease or usufruct of the lots. The usufruct holders/lessees are hereby given until 31 December 2004 within which to ensure that the lots are occupying are free from inhabitants who are using the same as residence. Otherwise, the cemetery administration will consider the lease/usufruct termintaed and will employ the necessary action eject the usufruct holder/lessee concerned and its illegal occupants.

  2.                       New Service Policies and Procedures

                      A.   General Policies

  1. No Permit, no Burial policy is to be strictly enforced.

  2. In case that no Transfer Permit and Burial Permit can be presented due to the occurrence of a holiday, the relatives must present a Barangay Clearance/Certification to the effect that the deceased died a few days prior to the said holiday; such as, one who died on a Holy Wednesday and is to be buried on Easter Sunday. The copy of Death Certificate should also be submitted.

  3. Please transact business during office hours. Our office is closed on Sundays and Legal Holidays

                      B.   Specific Policies

  1. ON BURIAL ON LOT (Usufruct)

    • Please, immediately request the Usufruct Owner and/or relatives being serviced by your parlor to visit the office of the La Loma Catholic Cemetery, at least three working days before the actual burial, to give them sufficient time to accomplish the necessary requirements.


  2. ON BURIAL ON THE FIVE-YEAR SECTION (Rentals)

    • Be informed that only Catholics are allowed burial in this section


    • Only the immediate relatives of the deceased must transact business with the La Loma Catholic Cemetery office


  3. ON PAYMENT

    • Payments are accepted only upon presentation of the following documents:

      1. Original Copy of Transfer and/or Burial Permit


      2. Original Copy or Original Certified True Copy (CTC) of Death Certificate


    • To be considered as authentic and valid, the said documents should have no erasures
